• Best Private Bank for Inclusion & Diversity / Switzerland

What were the catalysts for these two awards?

• The unique ecosystem put in place as part of the social project 
• The roll-out of a clear and comprehensive range of solutions that take ESG criteria into account and are marked by innovation (our Blue Cycle Programme). 
• A sustainable and responsible commitment for more than 10 years, supported by the concrete solidarity initiatives of our employees via Citizen Days and the Foundation.
• A gender diversity programme launched in 2020 which is bearing fruit and which aims to have 40% women on Indosuez management committees by 2025.
